All products are custom-made based on the photos and information you provide. It is your responsibility to ensure all uploaded images are clear, correctly oriented, and approved before submission.

We are not responsible for errors in images, spelling, or selections submitted by the customer.

3. Production Time
Orders are processed within 3–5 business days before shipment.

4. Intellectual Property
By submitting images, you confirm you have the right to use and reproduce them. We are not responsible for copyright violations.

5. Limitation of Liability
We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages related to the use of our products or services.

6. Policy Agreement
By placing an order, you agree to all policies including our Refund Policy and Shipping Policy.
