Due to the custom and personalized nature of our products, we do not accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations once an order has been placed.

Each item is made specifically for you, and therefore, cannot be restocked or resold.

If your order arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the issue. We will review and may offer a replacement at our discretion.
